Want your survey to be women or men only? Deselect the respondents you don’t need.
If both women and men are selected, we’ll ensure the sample is representative of the UK population with a 51:49 split.
Unfortunately not. After the questions have been finalised there is no room for change as these may have already been sent off to our respondents or to translation.
However, do not worry, we will always check the questionnaire and finalise things with you before we press start on the consumer surveys.

Sample size
How many respondents do you need for your survey? Move the slider to select in increments of 250 x interviews.
The more interviews in your survey, the more robust the data. However, we recommend 1,000 responses for a standard consumer survey, or 2,000 if you wish an extra layer of granularity in your data.
We can conduct your research in any language (though, results will be provided in English, unless they are free text responses.)

Number of Questions
Choose the number of questions you wish to ask to your audience.
Remember – up to 5 demographic questions such as Age, Gender, and Region are free of charge and are not included within your question count.
We recommend asking between 10 and 25 questions – this will give you the best value for money, but also ensures high data quality. The longer the questionnaire, the more likely a respondent will lose focus.
Grid questions only count as one question each, but if more than 25% of the questionnaire are in a grid format, the cost may change.
Yes. Send us your JPEGs, Mp3s, Mp4s or videos and we’ll upload and include them. Make sure they are not too long or big though. Talk to us for advice.

It depends on how difficult the audience is to get; if you need really specific or difficult-to-reach people, it might take longer to collect results.
You’ll stand a much better chance of getting your results back the next day if you give us your final questions by 10am the day before.
